One of the ways we improve the system-of-care in Calgary is through coordination and strengthening of the system of care.

A key strategy towards this goal is the CHF Case Management Standards Manual – 2022 Edition which ensures that consistent quality of care is provided to homeless individuals and families in our Housing First programs.

Agencies we fund that deliver case management services are accredited through a process facilitated by the Canadian Accreditation Council. The Accreditation Manual below sets out the standards and process for accreditation. We cover general accreditation fees directly, with some exceptions, for funded programs.

Please contact Canadian Accreditation Council to commence the process, get support and ask questions. Your Program Specialist can also assist you.

The application for accreditation can be found here.
