Key Performance Indicators are the benchmarks we use to measure our collective progress in the fight against homelessness.
Our benchmarks are both quantitative and qualitative. Success is not merely measured in numbers – we also consider the perceptions and feelings of people accessing Calgary’s Homeless-Serving System of Care.
Thanks to our data, we have the necessary information to determine if Calgary Homeless Foundation and all the agencies in the city are meeting these benchmarks, allowing all of us to continuously improve the system of care for people experiencing homelessness.
