Calgary Homeless Foundation is passionate about guiding the fight against homelessness, but we know that homelessness cannot be solved by one organization alone.
Since the founding of Calgary Homeless Foundation in 1998 by Art Smith, we have worked with agencies, governments, and community to create an integrated system of care for people experiencing homelessness. We coordinate efforts, promote collaboration across the system, and provide insight and measures that keep the system of care accountable.
Our leading data and research are also why governments trust us to distribute funding to the programs and supports that need it most. In this way, we ensure that people have the help they need, when they need it, enabling Calgarians to find their way home.
